PAC SPECS AND RATES

The Omak Performing Arts Center offers a large stage, orchestra pit, large wings, easy access, top of the line lighting and soundboards, spotlights, easy lines for dropping sets and a control booth overlooking the theater to monitor your entire production. There are two costume rooms located off the wings and available rooms if your group needs extra space for costuming.  Our Technical Director is very knowledgeable and available to answer any questions you may have regarding the PAC.

ORCHESTRA PIT
The orchestra pit is normally covered with removable floor sections, comprising the extended forestage area. The pit will comfortably accommodate 25 musicians.


THE AUDITORIUM
The Auditorium at the Performing Arts Center is constructed and designed so that every seat in the house has a great view of the stage area and excellent acoustics so you can hear from every seat in the house!

With 560 comfortable, cushioned seats, your audiences will relax, sit back and enjoy your show! Some seats have small fold up writing desks for seminars or instructional events that you may have planned. Seating at the top of the house, nearest the main entrance is available for those who may have walkers or wheelchairs

The Performing Arts Center in Omak offers all the bells and whistles you will need to present a quality production for your audience. Professional lighting, sound and other stage equipment needed to make your show a success are all available at the PAC.




RATES

RENTAL FEES

Non-profit youth group: $120 a day
Non-profit group: $220 a day
For-profit group: $340 a day
(A day is either 3pm-12 Monday through Friday or All day Saturday and all day Sunday)

REHEARSAL/PREPARATION FEES

A rehearsal on the stage without lights and sound: $10 and hour
A rehearsal on the stage with lights and sound: $25 and hour

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FEES

A technical director may be required for your event to run lights, sound and a projector.
Technical Director Fee: $36.28 an hour
There may be a need for additional technical support from trained students
Student Tech fee: $12.79 hour

CUSTODIAL FEE 

There is a custodial fee for clean up after your event:
By hour:  Fee will vary depending on custodian
Flat rate: $50.00
